Thank you for taking the first step in requesting support. This tool can be used by any QUB student to report directly to an Adviser or can be used by staff to request support on behalf of a student.
If you are reporting on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have their consent or reasonable grounds to escalate without consent ie wellbeing of student. Please do not provide any identifying information of any third party alleged to be involved in the incident, as the University may be duty bound to pass this information to the Police.
Any information you share will be treated in a sensitive, non-judgmental and confidential manner.
If an incident has just taken place and you are not in a safe place, feel at risk, or have any injuries that require urgent attention, call the Emergency services on 999.
If you are:

- Living in University Accommodation and would like support from their team, Security can follow up with the appropriate person; however, support may be not always be immediate.

On receipt of your report submission, Student Wellbeing aim to respond within 3 working days during term time. Please be advised it may take longer to respond during holiday periods. By sumitting this form you agree to the use of your personal information as detailed in the
Student Support Agreement. If your prefer not to provide information using this method you can complete the
Anonymous Form, or contact internal and external support services which are listed on the
Support Pages
We will only use the information you have supplied to us to put you in contact with an Adviser. This does not initiate a formal complaints process. We will not disclose any personal or identifiable information to others unless we believe there is a genuine threat to a person’s health and safety.
